Eduplus Meeting provides a meeting API platform that enables clients to create Google Meet and Zoom meeting links through a unified API. The Service includes OAuth integration, API key management, and meeting channel configuration.

3. Account Registration
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. API Usage
  • API keys are for your use only and must not be shared with unauthorized parties.
  • You agree not to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service through excessive API calls.
  • We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend API access if misuse is detected.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the API complies with Google's and Zoom's terms of service.
5. OAuth & Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with Google and Zoom through their respective APIs. By using these integrations:

  • You agree to comply with Google's and Zoom's terms of service and privacy policies.
  • You authorize us to access and use OAuth tokens to create meetings on behalf of authenticated users.
  • You understand that we are not responsible for any changes or disruptions to Google's or Zoom's services.
6. Client Responsibilities

As a client using our API, you agree to:

  • Obtain proper consent from your end-users before submitting their data (name, email) to our platform.
  • Clearly inform your end-users about the OAuth process and data handling.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Eduplus Meeting and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eduplus Meeting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime caused by third-party services (Google, Zoom) or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
